Progress Report #105: March 2024


Hey everyone,

Welcome to the first progress report of March!

As always, let's start with a peek into the artist's world ๐Ÿ‘€ 

Inspiring new progress has been made with Caly's combat style! The new poses are shaping up nicely, and a significant portion of her 'nude' versions are ready to be implemented into the game as well!

New combat status effect pictures (clothing condition, restrained poses) are currently in the lineart stage as well.  

Every hero faces defeat occasionally, right? Well, we're embracing that truth with the development of a new Caly Defeat Scene. 

And hey, who knows, maybe some players lose on purpose โ€“ no judgment here! ๐Ÿ˜„

This week we developed new interactions that'd transpire within the ominous Dungeon of Tripteen. We have added new puzzles to solve and traps to avoid, as well as a new narrative that focuses on the history of the area.

Additionally, our writers are reworking the early dialogues between Caly and crew to be more in sync with the new intro. ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ

Finally, a new mechanic is in testing: Movement Points during combat! Currently moving around costs AP (Action Points), with this new system, it will now cost its own resource called MP (Movement Points). This will allow player to have much more freedom to both attack and move around much more freely. We hope that this will help players develop their own unique playstyles!

And before we sign off, we're thrilled to announce the development of new speed settings for combat! With this feature, players will have the freedom to adjust the speed of combat according to their preferences.
